Smallfield Surgery has a wonderful team of receptionists, nothing is too much trouble, and they are considerate and helpful , always mindful of confidentiality.
My only criticism is slight, is by no means related to any people at the surgery, and pertains to the automated answering message which stresses that results can only be obtained after 1030am. However when I have telephoned during the afternoons, surely after 1030am,, all I receive is the same message and go round the same loop time and time again.
