not for me but was a patient in waiting room. a lady came in struggling to breath ask see a doctor reception say no appointments left have a look if can fit in at that moment is a red flag she needs a ambulance but got sent a way the right way should seen red flag sit her down with consent call ambulance and re sure patient. on sitting waiting room was no phone calls has line always busy on ring two patients called was not in waiting room so missed appointments sure they could of see this lady

I have lived in the area for 11years and have always found the doctors and medical staff excellent. I have always been able to get an appointment and the receptionist are most polite and caring. The doctors have time for each patient and discuss fully their health care issues. The practice nurses are exceptional. The care that this practice offers makes each patient feel important.

Majority of the time , they call you in at the time of the appointment and the inside is always quiet, peaceful and clean.

The receptionists are polite and well informed. The two doctors who have dealt with me have been fantastic.
