Very difficult even if you ring at 8am by 3 or 4 mins past when the message starts your about 25 to 35 in the queue and then when you do speak to a human all appointments are gone for that day and then after ring back again the next day so sometimes have to wait for days to get booked in

Suggested improvements
Go back to being able to book appointments at the surgery in person and fine people who waste appointments by not turning up and not cancelling them
