Every dept from reception to nurses to doctors are exceptionally professional and caring. I feel very lucky to be part of this wonderful practice along with my family

I like the fact that I can call and arrange an appointment on the day I need to see the doctor. On the majority of the time I dont see the same doctor but I am pleased that all the doctors I see are very experienced.

Reception staff & Doctors are so polite. Especially when the Kids are poorley.

The booking of appointments should be more flexible to give patients a choice of seeing their GP who they want to see. It's not that the GP's are not good but if you feel comfortable with a particular GP its easier to discuss your problems which he/she already knows, but if you book on the day you dont know who you going to see.

Receptionist staff are very good. Chemist attached is brilliant. Doctors are very conscientious and good listeners - very polite and kind and thorough.
