Just wanted to say a huge thank you for your care today and speedy management. I found the askmygp access to be great and such a fast call back from a GP.
It’s very tough in the NHS at the moment and a thank you goes a long way- so thank you!

Used the online service for the first time and it was extremely efficient. Face to face appointment booked within half an hour for same day.

Throughout the pandemic and since the surgery has been amazing, although it's not always possible to see a Doctor, using the new Ask My GP service you are guaranteed a telephone consultation and if the Doctor thinks they need to see you it is a same day appointment.
Brenda the Vendor is absolutely brilliant too.
All the staff are really friendly which also makes a difference, receptionists are helpful and pleasant too.
My mum would like the surgery staff to go to her Doctor's practice and show them how it should be done! haha.

To make a nurse appointment the last couple of times meant over 20 minutes waiting on the phone (with awful repetetive music) and the first time I was number 4 in the que and the second number 2 in the que. I am happy to phone but not to wait so long. An online system for straightforward bookings of a routine basis such as blood tests and blood pressure would be welcome.
Also I want to book vaccinations and am put off by having to wait so long on the phone.

Sharyn, Dr McEwen and Dr Watts helped set up a shared care agreement so that I can continue to receive my ADHD meds on the NHS. They were so kind and helpful and kept me up-to-date all the way through. This made a huge difference to me as I have had so much anxiety over the practicalities and financial impact of being able to access this treatment. I must admit I shed some tears when I finally received my first NHS prescription. Thank you all so much for taking the time to not only sort out the prescriptions but also keep me updated, when you are so incredibly busy.
