I coudlnt get a response from a doctor on Monday. You had to resubmit the request on Tuesday - why couldn't it have been held and carried over to Tuesday. Spoke to a physio and she was very good but it was just a triage session. I booked a face to face for the next day. But it wasn't a face to face just an assessment . I feel I am just in a vortex of being passed around from one person to another. No one is listening to me.

Suggested improvements
1. The doctors were not taking appointments but hey were available for the SALV meeting that evening. 2. Stop cycling people round the system without any treatment or decisions. 3. Listen to the patient - I had specifics that I wanted to talk about and was not given the opportunity to do so. To be honest, my experience of the surgery is going steadily downhill. We have been patients for 20 years. Appreciate the current climate and the local healthcare political environment but this surgery used to have patients atteh heart at what they did.
