It's a clean, friendly practice, with helpful, caring staff (clinical, clerical & domestic) there is ample parking. I would not hesitate to recommend Sherburn Group Practice. Only negative I would say is, I do not like the new automated service for booking, checking, cancelling appointments, I find it too long winded & not very user friendly. Suggestions I would make would be a designated telephone number for making a request for a home visit, an additional check-in screen in the downstairs waiting room & if the GP's could be allocated slightly more time per patient per appointment which would hopefully allow them to run more to time but I appreciate the practices hands could be somewhat tied with this one.
