Nurse failed to write on vial labels for blood test so hospital refused the samples, thus a waste of my time Nurses time etc. Now I will have to have another blood test and more time off work.. Not the first time this has happened very frustrating and annoying. I should not have to micro manage a well experienced nurse I did worry something would go wrong as she said she would fill it all in when I had left. Should have refused until I watched her like a hawk until I was satisfied everything was done correctly. I Shouldn't have to do this.
