It is consistent. Receptionists are friendly, always greets patients with a smile. They are able to sort out appointments to meet the needs of those who work. They are a brilliant team. Even if I move house I would still continue to come to this G.P surgery. They have served me for more than 30 years. Well done to you all.

Sometimes in the past, there has been more focus on treating the symptoms instead of addressing the causes which can slow the process down.
