Received appointment on the same day. Doctor was effective carried out the relevant test to ensure I have the appropriate treatment.
Haem reduction advise given to reduce lapse/relapse.
The reception staff are very helpful and supportive.

There is no problem with the care and attention received at Shepherd medical center. Doctor always give 100% care and all staff are pleasant and helpful.

Saw the practice nurse today 29/1/16.
She was very caring and answered all my questions and gave me some very good advice.
She included me in all actions been taken and explained about my treatment.
Very happy to see her in the near future.
One very satisfied patient :-)
