All doctors, nurses and receptionists are always at the top of there game I have been a patient for 40 years plus at Selsdon practice and would not dream of changing . I would suggest that when you log in for your appointment that you told how many patients are ahead of you.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. I shall pass it on at the next meeting we have to the team. I have noted your comment re checking in the number of patients ahead of you and shall discuss this with our IT manager to see if there is anything we can do with that software programme.
