I find it difficult to hear on telephone so living very close to surgery like most of my neighbors it is easier to walk in to make an appointment. But surgery doesn’t open till 8:30 am. No appointments left, they are all given out on phone by 8:30 am 3 times (infection) was told by doctor see you in one week. Doctor’s instructions them over ridden by computer at desk told to come in on day and be put on telephone list. I twice turned up at wrong time but fortunately was seen, the 4th time I told the doctor after apologising, the computer was over rides the instructions at the desk so I was given one before I left the consulting room. Surely this should be automatic the doctors instructions should have priority over computer. I misheard the times of appointments given. I could also misheard other vital instructions. Very nice staff, such a pity they have to take insults from some people as front line staff do not make the rules.
