My care was good today (7.4.15). Very nice nurse, Jane. I wanted to pre- book and appointment with the nurse and was told I could have one today. After suffering deafness in one ear for 2 weeks as a result of a heavy cold, despite ear drops and antibiotics, she syringed my ear and now I am fine.
