This is just a simple message of praise to (Little Sally) who is one of the reception administrators,& the first person you speak to on the phone. It is very easy to write negative remarks in this day & age, so this is quite the opposite, as she was/is informative, helpful upbeat and personable. A lovely advertisement for Schopwick Surgery.
