When calling at 8am it is impossible to get through to speak to a receptionist to make an appointment. It seems that the practice has moved away from the option to be placed in a queue when calling. This makes it even more difficult to get though. I am an elderly person and the telephone is my preferred means of arranging an appointment.
Suggested improvements
More reception staff? More doctors? Better system for booking appointments?
