Reception were extremely helpful. Organised a phone appointment as its a 50 mile round trip from work. When I have been needed an appointment, all of the staff have been discrete and clinical with all their processes but also maintained a personable and friendly approach. Having moved around a lot, I have to say that this is the best practice I've experienced. Thank you to all the staff.
