Almost impossible to get an apt with your own doctor have spent a long time holding to get an apt some receptionists are very cold, could do with a lesson in customer service.

You may be interested to know that you can book some appointments on line through Patient Access. These are only with your own GP. There are appointments for advance booking and a small selection released on the day if your own GP is working on that day. You can sign up online via our website but you will need to bring photo ID into the surgery to activate your account.
