Each month I go to Boots pharmacy next door to SGP to collect my prescriptions. But every month they aren't there, because a doctor hasn't signed them off. So I have to go back to the surgery, get the receptionists to search for my prescriptions, and get a doctor to sign them off. Why can't SGP sign off prescriptions on time. Patients shouldn't have to go through this every month. This is poor patient care.
