The surgery is one of the best surgeries I have ever been to. It is clean, well laid out and has boards up around the waiting room for the privacy of the doctors rooms. I also like how the Doctors stand outside their rooms and shout out our names and greet us before going into the room. It makes it a pleasant atmosphere and relaxed. The reception staff can be quite busy but are still polite and apologise for the wait. The self check in is a very good idea as it saves queuing and is easy to use. There is also a small corner for the children to play whilst they are waiting which again adds a nice touch and keeps them entertained as sometimes Doctors can be running late. Overall I like the surgery and am very happy with the care.
