We wish to thank Wendy the receptionist in particular for her understanding and professionalism in responding to my wife's call relating to our concerns about our granddaughter. Wendy was able to arrange for our GP Dr Vakil to see our granddaughter that afternoon. Thank you so very much for your help, Wendy. We have been with the practice since we moved here 26 years ago and without fail we have received excellent service from the receptionists, the nursing staff and the doctors. I am receiving treatment for cancer and throughout this time the care I have received both at the surgery and at Frimley Park, Aldershot and Fleet Hospitals has been exemplary.
