I have been an all too frequent visitor to our surgery in Yorktown Road over the past 17mnths and received excellent care from all the staff I have encountered. My GP, Dr Joglekar, deserves a special mention. She has been extremely patient and understanding, offering reassurance and encouragement at all times when dealing with several health issues over a lengthy period of time. Receptionists and secretaries have gone out of their way to secure appointments, find or chase test results and letters to other medical professionals. All nursing staff and health care assistants have been friendly, helpful and professional and knowledgeable. We have lived in Sandhurst and been patients at the surgeries for almost 28yrs. There have been many changes and the list of services continues to increase. As a family we have accessed most of them and it is reassuring to know they are there. We don't realise how lucky we are to have them. In many areas people have to travel to other locations for a simple blood test. Having the service of a private physiotherapy practice has been of great benefit. The therapists, when appropriate, can liaise with the GPs almost instantly. Thank you Sandhurst Group Practice.
