In general I like Sandhurst Group Practice however I do feel that they always appear to be overworked, like they cannot stretch themselves to meet the demand of all the patients at once. The phones are constantly ringing, people are always queued up and while the receptionists keep smiling, they are also apologising for not being able to offer a routine appointment for 2 or 3 weeks. The automated check in machine is nice though sometimes it can be a little slow and tempermental. I can't help but feel a little bad when I need to ask the receptionists to make an appointment because there are always so many other things they seem to need to be doing. They do a great job but the surgery either needs to put a cap on the patient to GP ratio or give them access to more help because they look fit to drop most days.
