I joined this surgery last year. When I joined I was told stories about the surgery but I thought I would register as I had to move from my old surgery because we were out of the catch meant area for our old surgery.
The receptionist are very rude and you always have to wait ages at the desk. I also find one of the nursing staff is very rude so much I made a complaint but I think nothing came of it as I had no feed back from the complaint.
When you do phone you can’t either get an appointment as by the time you get through they have all gone. I have no choice but to stay at this surgery but am not happy.
