Spent over an hour and a half waiting to be seen. Watched others come and go. Complained got bounced to the ground floor waiting area waited and waited until i could take no more. Lost a days pay. Didnt get to see a doctor or nurse. Be better off asking a vet than going there. Clearly no duty of care what so ever.
Suggested improvements
The accoustics in waiting areas for anyone with hearing aids is terrible. Actually seeing a health expert is debatable. After nearly two hours of waiting and my head was about to explode. And patience was worn thin. Had to leave of my own choice as people dont like complaints.
