Very difficult to get an appointment when you actually need to see a Nurse Practitioner (unable to see a GP). two or more weeks 'down the line' is unacceptable.
The reason for putting 'Don't know' to the first question is because I would not want anyone to have to deal with the frustration of trying to get an appointment but on the other hand, there is nowhere else on Portland.
The care I have received is good if you able to see someone.
