I am not confident regarding the telephone consultations/diagnosis recently put in place, surely a better diagnosis can be made with Doctor/Patient being face to face.
I would like to add that the scoring above does not reflect my previous experience of the surgery, where I had always been seen promptly and with great professionalism providing Doctor/Patient trust.
Was the surgery clean is N/A as this was a telephone consultation/diagnosis.
