I think the practice is very good, I do have a little problem understanding APPOINTMENTS. To get an appointment with your preferred Doctor i have found it best for me to be at the practice door at 7.45 so that you are first in line. If I'm lucky i could get a late morning or one in the afternoon not a lot of choice, so if you have to book on the day how is the day full up when I'm first through the door!!!!! Sorry I'm having a whinge. The main reason I'm leaving this revue is that Dr Spencer's on maternity leave and due back in the new year i think. The Doctor you have brought in to cover this period Dr Datta is absolutely fabulous, caring, understanding,my 15 year condition she has got to grips with in months. Dr DATTA is a great asset to your practise and friends of mine have said the same. I just hope you able to extend your practice to keep her, to loose her will be a great loss.
