The size of the practice allows the provision of additional services to the benefit patients. In my instance this relates to a Warfarin Clinic being available locally rather than requireing hospital visits. It is evident that the practice is working to meet the needs of patients in other regards with my daughter, who is a school teacher, recently able to see a doctor at 7:30 am to avoid missing work. The prime improvement that I would look for in the practice relates to achieving a consistant team of doctors enabling patients to establish relationships and confidence with individuals.

We are constantly looking at our appointment system to be able to meet the demands of our Patients and are pleased to hear you think we are meeting the needs of the patients. We are currently looking at GPACCESS to improve the service for patients and appreciate continuity is important.
