I just cannot believe how well the surgery is run. It goes like clockwork. Everyone is helpful, friendly and it does not feel like a Doctor's surgery. The booking in system is amazing and so efficient. The Receptionist's are helpful and smile and make one feel they are no trouble and go the extra mile to give assistance. The Nurses are very efficient yet have time to make one feel at ease. A really good experience.
I never knew a surgery could be run so efficiently it has been quite an astonishing revelation and I am so glad I was able to become one of their patients.
