On the whole the Rookery Medical centre is very good I am pleased with the level of service I receive , the staff are pleasant and helpful

Could have had more staff on reception, it was very busy and one of the staff seemed to be helping someone with a complicated issue, so was a longish wait before other staff stepped forward to help, however they apologised for the delay, and were very helpful.
