We have had amazing care and support which has been proactive and speedily delivered . Without which I doubt we would have successfully kept my 96 yr old mum at home and out of hospital for the last 2 yrs. From receptionist who listen and react promptly when necessary, the nurses who have been fantastic and seem to work all days ,to all the GPs who we have encountered either face to face or over the phone. The in house pharmacy Cohens have also provided faultless service who again have reacted with speed and flexibility when required.
My only request would be to have access to these services 7 days a week. When mum is having a rough patch my heart sinks as the weekend looms and I know I will have to relie on the 111 service instead.
