Everything is really good about the surgery - the only issue I find is the booking system and the fact you can't book an appointment in the future when you call, but when you use the internet system you can.

Whether I want to see the nurse or doctor it's never really a problem, as long as you call the surgery at the designated times you usually manage to obtain an appointment. The nurse/doctor will always listen to you and you never feel like you are being rushed. I must add that the receptionists are also very helpful and kind and will do their very best to find an appointment time to suit you. Keep up the good work team.

Very happy with GP/Nurse appointments so far. Only negative about this surgery is the booking system. Not helpful to have to ring at certain times when I have a busy job. I need to be able to book in advance to fit around my work.

Since changing surgery to Rochford Medical Practice I have been 100% certain I made the right decision; I have complete faith in the service from the Practice & do not feel there are any other constructive suggestions to make.
