Transferred from another surgery and the difference is remarkable. Staff are helpful and place is spotless.

Have an area for suspected infectious patients (I have whooping cough and sat away from others in the corridor but people were using heart rate machine next to me)

Riverside Surgery staff have always been extremely helpful. You feel like the doctors are not rushing you and happy to give you the time you need. Very good at explaining anything you don’t understand and all options available to you. Very happy with surgery.

I would like to have had the option of keeping the doctor I have always seen Dr Davies instead of just having a message to say my main doctor has changed and I have never seen her.

Riverside responded very quickly to my online enquiry and within an hour of seeing the GP I had a treatment pathway. Everyone made the experience smooth and were kind. In my experience as a long time patent of this surgery they have met my needs superbly over the last 18 months and I cannot fault them at all

Riverside is an excellent surgery. All the staff are very helpful.

I did not have to wait long to see physiotherapist who listened to my issues. Did some physical tests on my movements. Concluded problem with back and right knee. Suggested some gentle exercises, and take pain killer meds to manage pain.

Generally helped with advice, good conversations so no other issues.
