I am very disappointed with how our situation has been handled. My daughter has recurring symptoms, and despite multiple visits to the surgery, not much has been done. Initially, we were given an appointment with a consultant instead of a doctor. When we requested a referral to understand what is happening with my daughter, we were informed a few hours later that we couldn't get her prescription or referral because she needed to be seen by a doctor. Now, we have to wait another two weeks for an appointment. Why wasn't an appointment with a doctor made in the first place, especially considering this involves a child?

Be straight forward and make an appointment with a doctor and stop letting people wait 2 weeks for an appointment.
