I don't have cause to visit often, but I've always had good supportive care whenever I have, both from doctors and nursing staff.

The Doctors and staff are great, only the appointment waiting times are a problem.

Extremely hard to get an appointment I had to wait 5 weeks. When you do get to see one they are extremely good. I have suggested ways to improve directly with them but to no avail. Due to my current health I do not want to change but wish the service could be better.

Been going here for about 20 years now. The doctors are all brilliant and very helpful, but the practise itself and the system isn't too brilliant. It can take over a week to get an urgent appointment, and 3+ weeks to get a routine appointment! Receptionists are okay, but sometimes make me feel like I'm being a nuisance rather than wanting to help.

Have had reason to have contact both with Dr. de Bono & Dr. Davies they're response to the very recent problem of slipped disc/trapped nerve. Response positive, helpful and quick referral to MSK unit at Horsham Hospital. Previous experience also very helpful and open to discussion, providing considered comment and options available where appropriate.
