Received a text regarding my vaccine and I was to contact the surgery. I found the receptionist polite, friendly and nothing was too much for her finding a suitable time
The surgery was clean and tidy
The nurse who administered my vaccine was very chatty, spent time with me giving me advise on taking analgesic for pain relief
