I did not have to wait long to see physiotherapist who listened to my issues. Did some physical tests on my movements. Concluded problem with back and right knee. Suggested some gentle exercises, and take pain killer meds to manage pain.

Generally helped with advice, good conversations so no other issues.

Everyone at Riverside is amazing, helpful and kind, from receptionist, Drs, nurses,they always do there best to give you the best care, couldn't ask for more!!

I didn't have any issues. Receptionist and nurse friendly and efficient.

I had ear irrigation and would have appreciated the water used being either blood temperature or preferably warm. The coolness made me slightly anxious as cold water in that ear causes severe pain. Fortunately it wasn't cold enough to cause that.
