It took 4 days to get an appointment. I phoned numerous times on days 1-3 but it was continuously engaged. I came into the surgery on day 4 and my doctor called me later that day. I missed that call, had to call the surgery again and finally spoke to my doctor at about 4 pm on 4 th day. Friends and family have had similar experience. The new "improvement" systen does.
