Left on hold for 24 minutes then I hung up as it is very frustrating also being told my waiting time would be 1 minute! I then rung back and were the phone had been left of the hook it took me 14 times to get back onto the silly automated system again!!! yet again sat waiting for another 18 minutes!!! the doctors are 100% what anyone could wish for but the receptionists are absaloutly and utterly outrageous. I'm so discusted and angry that I'm so fed up of waiting on hold that I gave up waiting to benefit my own health because the receptionist are to lazy to answe the phone but the looks of things!!!!!! a big change needs to be taken before somthing serious happens because of these lazy people!!!!!!!!
