Actually I didn't see the human receptionist. I was directed to my waiting area by a touch screen system, which worked well. I had a very thorough, in depth discussion about my recent heart attack. The GP explained the hospital discharge letter and what would happen next. She reviewed my TTO/TTA medication and made a repeat prescription. She also examined me and discussed driving etc. All very helpful.
