I would like to thank and commend the team, especially Dr Edwards, Dr Rodrigez and the community nurses for the care of my father who died last weekend at the age of 98. With their support , despite his increasing incapacity he died peacefully and painlessly in his own home with his family around him. We appreciate that it could have very different without their help
