Who thought the new appointment system was a good idea? how are working people supposed to receive a call back from their doctor?
You also have no choice about who you see as you are automatically passed to the doctor you are registered with, it is hardly surprising that people are choosing to go to A & E rather than their GP.
Most people only ring the surgery to make an appointment because they need one, not for the fun of it, we also like to be given a choice about who we see, and I will be looking to register with another surgery.
