I was able to see a doctor same day on the new appointment system but: a) No where in your website or online practice booklet does it tell me when my doctor's normal working hours are so that I know the best day to phone. b) The online practice leaflet is out of date. It does not show the correct new appointment procedure. c) The email links on your website are not working.
