River brook is a first class surgery. I have been with this practice for 38years. The Doctors are excellent. I have 100% trust in them, I have never felt rushed during an appt and I always come away feeling reassured and happier. I find all the Doctors at this practice very approachable and they genuinely care about each patient. The Receptionists' are absolutely wonderful and very helpful, I can not find one fault with this practice, so much so that I have refused to move out of Bham, just so I can stay with this practice. They also take into account people who work, by opening 7days a week and later hours during the week. They have numerous services they offer patients. The Nurses and Health Care Assistants are exemplary at their job, again they are calming and kind. I genuinely can not think how they can improve. Keep doing what your doing as this is a truly well run practice River Brook with dedicated Doctors, Receptionists', Nurses and Cleaners.
