I have just moved back to this surgery after 12 months at a different one, the welcome I received here was warm and friendly, like I had never been away.
I was treated by Sue, and all my medication needs discussed at length,
After 12 months the previous Surgery I went to had a very impersonal system. I never got to see an actual G.P.
I like to speak to a person when I go to places not a machine.
