You are not able to make a telephone appointment to see a GP, you can only do so at between specific times of the day even though their website says telephone to book appointments.
EMIS appointment booking is a joke, not all doctors listed and if you are prepared to wait over a month to see any GP then it is OK for you.
You cannot pre book an appointment to see a GP, the receptionists are extremely good at fobbing you off.
The Practice Manager does not respond to complaints, or even emails.
Excellent GP’s if you can get to see them.
The experience of trying to get to see a GP is frustrating and wastes a lot of patient time.
