The call waiting time, is totally unacceptable, I phoned today and was 42nd in the que!

Suggested improvements
I have suggested before on many occasions, to have a switchboard away from the front desk, simply to take calls, with at least 3people assigned to simply answer the calls, and the two receptionists are free to deal with face to face enquiries.
