Ringing for an appointment is almost impossible- generally I have waited up to 20 minutes so I now walk down to the surgery. The prescription manager - Lisa Pyne is absolutely fantastic. She is polite, friendly, thoughtful and has worked hard to support my husband whilst he was extremely poorly. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she made a difficult time in our lives, much more manageable. Thank you Lisa.
