Impossible is the best word to explain obtain consultation, no people contact complete waste of time. Being unwell is hard enough without dealing with online service or 50mins wait time on phone , with zero help. These days appointments or phone calls should be issued with time slots , nobody that works could be available waiting around for a call. Doctors clearly waste time calling randomly, text service is great at notifications but pointless..! NHS is a medical service , seems more time is spent on tech e consultations, waiting on phones than people..!

Issue time for call, even nearest half hour.
