I was a bit frustrated that I had to wait for a call back from the GP - but when he did ring me he listened to my issue and offered me an appointment that day. When I saw him, he was very kind and gave me the tablets I needed.
It would have been nice to have a time he was going to call me back as I had to walk around my office (I could not get the time off work) with my mobile phone - not wanting to leave it behind in case I missed his call.
